Antaramian Releases Documents in Bell Case

Kenosha Mayor John Antaramian has released a number of documents relating the Michael Bell case. Bell was killed by Kenosha Police in 2004 and the city settled with the Bell family in 2010 for one-point-75 million dollars. Since then Michael Bell Sr., has led an effort for a new investigation into his son’s death. After Bell aired ads and bought billboards asking what the Mayor knew about his son’s death and the subsequent investigation, Antaramian decided to release a packet of documents relating to the case. The packet reportedly contains copies of everything from letters from Mr Bell to the mayor, to news articles, and court documents. The packet was released to the aldermen at Monday night’s City Council meeting.
