Best Western Harborside Sale in the Works

The Best Western Harborside Inn and Conference Center is in the process of being sold to a Chicago company. Connecticut-based Mayra Kenosha Inc. may sell the property to KAS Real Estate LLC for more than $6 million. According to Alderman John Fox, who represents the district, the building will remain a hotel.  On Monday, the City Council will vote to approve a lease agreement for the new owner for a portion of the parking lot. Hotel staff are still taking reservations, but would not further comment Friday evening.
