City Council OKs Authorized Use of Firearms in Isolated Cases

The Kenosha City Council has changed an ordinance regarding the discharge of firearms within city limits. The change would allow firearms and other weapons to be used only as a last resort as authorized by the police chief. According to Kenosha Police Chief Daniel Miskinis, it could be applied when all other avenues have been used and have failed, including nonlethal methods, such as scare tactics or herding animals away.
