Existing Home Sales Continue Hot Streak in Kenosha & Statewide

Home sales continues to be on fire in Kenosha County. The Wisconsin Realtors Association released new numbers this week showing that despite the short supply of existing homes, 120 were sold in the county last month-over eight percent more than in January of 2017. The average price in Kenosha County is 160-thousand dollars-the highest its been in over a decade. Around the state, just short of 4-thousand homes were sold last month, up near three percent from a year ago.
