Kenosha County Recount Cost is $178K

A recount of Presidential election ballots would cost $178,420 in Kenosha County. Clerks from all 72 municipalities were required to provide a cost estimate to the state by noon Monday. Payment of the combined total by the recount petitioners is due today in order for the recount to proceed in Wisconsin. Officials say the statewide cost is estimated at $3.5 million.
