Kenosha names new Fire Chief

The City of Kenosha has a new fire chief. Fire Captain Charles Leipzig, Jr. will be promoted to the top spot. He was one of three finalists for the job, all of which were internal candidates from within the department. He will be named acting fire Chief as of Monday November 7th.  He is expected to be formally appointed after the Police and Fire Commission meeting on November 15th.
