Man Charged for Theft of Wallets

A Kenosha man is being held on $10,000 bond on charges that he stole wallets from women at several bars. 49-year-old Mark Locke is facing charges that include theft, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to police, three women reported their wallets were stolen while they were at Kenosha taverns between Sept. 23 and Oct. 8. Police were able to identify the man after he used his girlfriend’s credit card. Police were able to track him to her home two days later and arrest him. According to the criminal complaint, he confessed to stealing wallets from people at three downtown taverns.
