Man Crashes Car in Store

A Kenosha man was arrested for drunken driving after he crashed into Gander Mountain and fled the scene Friday morning. According to Kenosha Police, 23-year-old Michael Augustine crashed his vehicle into Gander Mountain around 2:30 a.m. after drinking at multiple bars/restaurants earlier that night. After crashing, Augustine fled the scene and went to nearby Woodman’s. A store employee called 911 to report a man bleeding from the head; police found him sitting on a bench with his keys in his pocket. He was arrested on pending charges of drunk driving, hit-and-run, and failure to keep his vehicle under control.
