Miller Loses Excessive Force Case

One of the men convicted in the 2009 Robbie Wilde murder has lost his federal case against Kenosha Police for use of excessive force in another case. Julian Miller had alleged a Kenosha officer used excessive force in a 2003 incident which left Miller with a broken jaw. The jury found in favor of the officer, whose lawyers said that the jaw breaking was accidental, after a two day trial.
