Police Arrest Man for Attacking Woman

A Kenosha man was arrested after he allegedly threw a woman to the ground on Saturday. According to Kenosha Police, 27-year-old Dustin Madsen was arrested just before 10:30 in the 64-hundred block of 10th Avenue. Police are recommending charges of disorderly conduct involving domestic violence and a probation hold. Police said Madsen had yelled at the woman before lifting her up and throwing her down onto the ground. Upon his arrest, officers noted he had been drinking, which was a violation of his probation.
