Senate Approves Wirch Sponsored Bill

The Wisconsin State Senate has approved a bill championed by State Senator Bob Wirch of Kenosha. The measure would require life insurance companies to check their records against the list of people who have been recently deceased, and then make a reasonable effort to contact the beneficiaries of their policyholders who have passed away. It passed unanimously through the senate and now goes to the assembly.
