Shooting Suspects Remain At Large

Two suspects in the shooting death of a Kenosha man remain at large. First-degree intentional homicide charges were filed Wednesday against 16-year-old Latonio Simpson, of Chicago, and 22-year-old James Butler, of Racine.  The two men shot Willie Owens on Monday while he stood in his front yard in the 1900 block of 62nd Street. According to police, both Simpson and Butler pulled out handguns and shot Owens when he intervened in a dispute. Anyone with more information about the suspects should contact police.
