Toddler Found Wandering on Street

A 3-year-old girl was found wandering in Kenosha on Sunday, leading to a search by police for her parents. According to police, the girl, barefoot and crying, was found around 7 p.m. After police went door to door in the area for about an hour searching for the girl’s family, they received a call for a missing child in the area. They learned the girl had been playing in a yard at a family gathering when she wandered away. Police checked on the girl’s home and found the mother and other children, who appeared to be healthy and well cared for. According police, the same girl was found wandering with her brother earlier this year.
