Trial Delayed For Assault Suspect

A man who is accused in the sexual assault of a disabled woman will now go to trial in November. The judge in the case delayed the August trial date so the defense for 73 year old Clarence Mielke can prepare a DNA expert to testify about evidence in the case. Mielke is accused of allegedly assaulting the woman at the care home that was owned by his wife. That business is now closed.
