Warm Weather Could Indicate Early Spring

According to the National Weather Service, the recent warm winter could mean a very early spring. Temperatures have been above normal in Wisconsin, Kenosha was about 6 degrees above average. Experts said there might be a dip in temperatures in the middle of February, but the month is expected to end with above normal temperatures. Due to expected rain and mild temperatures on Saturday, the downtown Kenosha Snow Daze festival has been postponed by one week.
