A 14 year old was arrested after he found in a another 14 year old’s bed room. The boy was allegedly intoxicated when he was arrested at home near the 6700 block of Fox River Road around 1:30 AM Friday. The teen was reported as a runaway and is also reportedly wanted on theft charges. He allegedly stole cash, cellphones, computers, and more. The girl who was also in the room was not arrested by could also eventually face charges.

Kenosha police arrested a man for drug possession Saturday. The man was stopped on suspicion of underage smoking as he was walking down the sidewalk in Kenosha’s uptown area near 61st street and 22nd avenue at around 5:45 PM. As police were interviewing the man, who said he was 19 but did not have ID on him, a bag of marijuana allegedly fell out of his pocket. Reports say the man tried to destroy the bag by crushing it with his foot and then allegedly tried to escape. He is charged with possession and obstruction among other charges.

Carthage College held their graduation ceremony yesterday as over 600 graduates received their diploma. Tim Tennyson won the distinguished senior award.
