KENOSHA, WI–There has been a fifth arrest in the Huffhines Illegal Vape case.

22 year old Jordan Lynam was arrested Tuesday and was officially charged yesterday with the manufacture and possession with intent to deliver of THC.

It’s believed that Lynam is one of the workers who reportedly worked for Tyler and Jacob Huffhines who were the alleged masterminds behind the manufacturing and distribution ring of illegal vaping cartridges that contained THC oil.

Of the more than 31-thousand cartridges seized each had about 1 gram of THC. Additionally there 98-thousand empty cartridges seized, almost 60 mason jars of THC oil, over 18 pounds of marijuana, packaging, and many other items connected to the operation.

Two others are charged so far, including the main suspect’s mother Courtney Huffhines who may be considering a plea deal, and 19 year old Hannah Curty who was another alleged employee of the Huffhines.
