A Threat Possibly Involving A Player From Kenosha Bradford Leads to Empty Stands

KENOSHA, WI (WLIP)–No fans were allowed in the high school playoff game between Bradford and Franklin on Friday.

Initial Milwaukee radio reports on Friday claimed that a player from Bradford had made a violent threat against the event and no fans were allowed as a precaution.

A statement from Franklin High School Friday seemed to confirm the news about an investigation involving the unnamed player.

However Bradford High School denied the report that one of their players was under investigation.

A second letter on Saturday from Franklin also confirmed that no Bradford player was being investigated.

No further details were released.

Franklin won the game with no fans in the stands ending Bradford’s season.
