Body Found In Kenosha Confirmed To Be Missing Green Bay Man

Kenosha, WI (WLIP)–Kenosha Police have confirmed that the body discovered in the city last week is that of a missing Green Bay man.

41 year old Christopher Belanger has been missing since September 27th as first reported by Green Bay authorities.

Belanger’s vehicle was later found in Kenosha and his body was discovered on October 17th in a wooded area west of the 7600 block of 60th Avenue.

The manner and cause of Belanger’s death remains under investigation by police and the Kenosha County Medical Examiner’s office.

Police say however that there are no obvious signs of trauma to the body.

The case remains active and anyone with any information is asked to contact authorities.
