KENOSHA, WI–Charges could be filed as soon as today against the Kenosha teen who allegedly shot and killed his 16 year old ex-girlfriend. 15 year old Martice Fuller is also accused of shooting her 39 year old mother, who survived.

Fuller was arrested in Racine Friday morning after family members alerted police to his whereabouts. Fuller surrendered peacefully and without further incident. Investigators say that they found physical evidence at the location where Fuller was arrested however as of the last report Friday no weapon had yet been found.

Fuller is expected to be charged with 1st degree intentional homicide, attempted 1st degree intentional homicide, and armed burglary.

Fuller was formerly a student at Bradford High School as was his victim. He had been a quarterback on the football team before being expelled earlier this year.
