City of Kenosha Approves $96 Million Budget

The Kenosha Common Council has completed its budget for next year.
The $96 million budget was approved at a special meeting Wednesday night.
The majority of the budget is focused on public safety.
The budget also includes a 2 and a half percent wage increase for all city employees.
