City Unveils New Fire Station Saturday

KENOSHA, WI–The Kenosha Fire Department is hosting an open house at the new Fire Station No 1 tomorrow. The event will be held from 10 AM until 2 PM. The new station at the corner of 52nd street and 22nd ave, is the result of a long process which began with studying response times in the city.
17th district Alderman David Bogdala told WLIP’s Wake Up Kenosha that the studies showed that the new station is in exactly the right spot.
If you’re going to the open house tomorrow, parking is available at the Kenosha Municipal Building with a shuttle bringing people to the station.
