Council Applies For Grant Towards Barden’s Rehab

KENOSHA, WI–The Kenosha City Council has approved a plan to get state money to rehab a downtown building.
The council approved an application to the Wisconsin Department of Economic Development to get 250-thousand dollars towards the old Barden’s building.
The building was purchased earlier this year by a developer who expects to do a $3.5 million renovation project.
