Council to Vote on Administrator Appointee

KENOSHA,WI—The Kenosha Common Council will vote tonight on a new City Administrator.
Randy Hernandez, who formerly was the Executive Vice President of Operations with Kenall Corporation, was appointed by Mayor John Antaramian last week.
If confirmed, Hernandez will replace the retiring Ed St Peter who in turn replaced longtime administrator Frank Pacetti who retired last year.
Hernandez’ experience includes 30 years of professional projects including finance and youth development.
He has also served on the board for the Kenosha Area Business Alliance as well as the Kenosha Performing Arts Committee, and the Kenosha Innovation Council.
