Fire Battled at Local Sushi Cafe

KENOSHA, WI–Crews were on the scene of a fire at Soon’s Sushi Cafe at 54th street and 21st Avenue in Kenosha Sunday night.

The blaze was reported just before 9 PM with scanner reports indicating that the KPD spotted flames visible from outside the building.

The fire was contained by 9:30 and the building was being boarded up by 11:30 PM. It’s unclear what started the fire but a fire investigator was called to the scene Sunday.
