KENOSHA, WI—More details have come to light in the shooting death of a Kenosha teenager.

15 year old Martice Fuller is now officially charged with 1st degree intentional homicide in the death of Kaylie Juga.

According to the criminal complaint, Fuller was captured on surveillance video entering the Juga home on 10900 block of 66th street just prior to 3 PM on Thursday May 9th  through an open garage door.

Kaylie’s mother, who was also shot and injured, told police that Kaylie was in her bedroom when Fuller allegedly shot her multiple times. Kaylie screamed before being shot again. She was shot four separate times in her chest, and was shot another time in the head. She died at the scene.

At that point, Stephanie Juga rushed to the hallway, seeing Fuller standing in the doorway. She told him “You don’t have to do this!”

Fuller then allegedly shot her too but Stephanie was able to lock herself in the master bathroom and call 911. She suffered injuries to her wrist and chest and transported to the hospital for treatment.

Fuller fled and was picked up by a the same friend who had dropped him off about 10 blocks from the Juga home earlier that afternoon. That witness indicted that Fuller was upset and said that a “group of girls” had shot Juga.

Fuller was arrested the next morning at a relative’s house in Racine after arriving there late the night before.

He’s charged with 1st degree intentional homicide for Kaylie Juga’s death, and 1st degree attempted homicide for shooting her mother as well as armed burglary for entering the home.

He’s due back in court later this month for a preliminary hearing.
