KENOSHA, WI (WLIP)–A Kenosha County judge has refused to lower the bond of the man allegedly at the center of THC vaping manufacturing and distribution ring.

Tyler Huffhines faces several felonies after thousands of illegal THC vapes were found at multiple locations at which Huffhines and several others would reportedly manufacture, package, and then distribute them.

Huffhines has been in jail on a half million dollars bond but asked the court to lower it to 50-thousand dollars.

That motion was denied. Huffhines is due in court next month. Huffhines’ mother and brother are also charged in the case.
