KENOSHA, WI (WLIP)–A 21 year old Kenosha County man will spend the next eight years in prison for the death of a 14 year old boy in June last year.
Anthony Lagowski pleaded guilty to multiple charges in the death of 14 year old Domanic Flaig following a high speed crash on Highway 50 in Salem Lakes. Lagowski was apparently racing another driver while going 100 miles per hour at the time of impact.
The driver of the vehicle that was struck was the victim’s 21 year old brother who survived the impact. Lagowski could have received a 14 year sentence, but the judge said that he didn’t deserve the full sentence-in part because he had no criminal history.
