KENOSHA, WI (WLIP)–Thursday is Veteran’s Day and there are a number of ceremonies scheduled around Kenosha to mark the day.
The Kenosha County Division of Veterans Services has again produced a video tribute to honor vets who can’t meet in person during the pandemic.
Unlike last year though, there are many in person ceremonies scheduled around Kenosha County.
The Kenosha Area Vietnam Veterans Day Celebration is set for tomorrow at noon in Kenosha’s Library Park, while the Civil War Museum and Navy Club Ship 40 will hold a celebration at 54-hundred First Avenue at 11 AM tomorrow.
VFW Post 1865 has a ceremony at 11 AM followed by lunch. Programs held at the American Legion Post 21 runs from 9:30 AM to Noon.
There are many other celebrations and ceremonies planned:
