Kenosha Home Prices Rise

KENOSHA, WI–Home prices in Kenosha County are on the rise. The Wisconsin Realtors Association says that the median price for an existing home is up 14% or nearly $25,000 from last year.
In 2018 the median price was at $173,500, now it’s almost $198,000. That’s because there is low inventory on the market right now.
Racine County is also rising with a median price up almost 11.5%. Around the state, the median price is also increasing. It’s up 9% from last August.
Home sales in Kenosha were down 5.6% last month and 3% for the year.
