Local Sports: WLIP Mon. Morning Quarterback

WLIP Game of the Week Recap: Indian Trail scored 5 unanswered touchdowns in the second half, including a pick six as the Hawks defeated Tremper 48-12.

Indian Trail QB L.J. Dagen completed 11 of 13 passes for 76 yards and a touchdown, but he also led the team with 168 yards rushing with two additional scores.

Justin Lovelace had 137 yards of 18 attempts and three scores.

The Hawks are 2-0 in conference play and visit Oak Creek Friday night.

The Knights are also 2-0 in conference.

Tremper hosts Franklin-the other SEC 2-0 team so far-Friday night.

Elsewhere…Bradford fell to Case 28-7;

Westosha Central remains undefeated with a 35-20 win over Burlington;

Badger defeats Wilmot 35-0.

St Cat’s 68-Shoreland 7.

Eric Kenesie went 6-for-11 with 143 yards and a pair of touchdowns; Jayden Gordon rushed for three TD’s as St Joseph Catholic Academy improves to 4-0 with a 48-0 win over Christian Life. The Lancers are at St Francis Friday.
