KENOSHA, WI (WLIP)–One person was arrested Saturday after he allegedly fired a gun at a man in his apartment.

The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department says that the shots were fired following a confrontation between the two inside the residence on Market Lane in Somers shortly before 9 AM.

A man called 9-1-1 and told dispatchers that after the shots were fired the gunman left the apartment.

The man followed the alleged shooter to the parking lot of the nearby Sam’s Club where Kenosha Police were able to respond.

Authorities arrested 24 year old Jacob Sellers without incident.

No injuries were reported.

The investigation remains active.
