Man Arrested For Allegedly Sexually Assaulting Underage Girl

Kenosha, WI (WLIP)–A 26 year old man is in custody for allegedly sexually assaulting an underage girl he met on-line.
The Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department reports that Kyle Mathe began chatting with the girl on various apps where she apparently told him she was underage.
The girl’s parents discovered the messages and she was reported as a runaway to authorities. Investigators discovered that Mathe traveled to the girl’s home in August during early morning hours.
It was determined that Mathe allegedly sexually assaulted the girl outside the home.
He was arrested earlier this month following the investigation.
He faces multiple felonies including second degree sexual assault of a child and is in jail on a 100-thousand dollar bond.
