KENOSHA, WI–A Kenosha man has been found guilty in a shooting incident that left two men injured but was found not guilty in another.

32 year old Robert Marchese was convicted in the July 2018 incident in which prosecutors said he shot at two men that were parked in a car near 45th street and 28th avenue in Kenosha. Both men suffered non-life threatening injuries being struck in the shoulder and back respectively. Shell casings found at the scene matched those found in Marchese’s vehicle.

15 minutes earlier a shots fired incident happened in the 14-hundred block of 60th street. Marchese was found not guilty in that shooting in which no one was hit.

He was convicted of two counts of first degree recklessly endangering safety. He’ll be sentenced next month and faces up to 30 years in prison.
