McHenry County Teen Pleads Not Guilty in Fatal Wauconda Crash

(Waukegan, IL) A McHenry County teen has pleaded not guilty to his alleged role in a fatal Wauconda crash.
Caleb Rohrbach of Cary is facing several charges including DUI and causing an accident that resulted in death and injury, reckless homicide and more for the March accident that killed a 16-year-old girl and injured three others.
Rorhbach wasn’t charged until late August after a long investigation involving several agencies, including the Lake County State’s Attorneys Office.
The 18-year-old is expected to go to trial in late January. He’s still in the Lake County Jail on a 1-million-dollar bond.
