More Details on Esposito Case
KENOSHA, WI–More details have come to light in the case against the Kenosha County Board Chairman charged with felony theft.
Daniel Esposito was officially charged with one count of retail theft on Friday.
He is alleged to have taken 627 dollars worth of silicone roof coating from the Kenosha Menards on Highway 50. The incident happened on November 2nd just after 10:30 AM.
The sealant, which was in three containers that held nearly 5 gallons each, was loaded onto the bed of a truck and then covered with other items for which Esposito paid.
The criminal complaint says the incident was captured on security camera.
Court records do not indicate a plea but it does report that Esposito’s attorney is no longer a fellow County Board member, as had been previously reported.
