NASA announced on Friday that it plans to launch a rocket to the moon in February.
NASA said that a two-week flight plan will start on February 12.
No astronauts will be on board, but the Space Launch System rocket will be carrying a capsule meant for transporting crew members.
This will be the first moon launch since 1972’s Apollo 17 trip.
