One Arrested After Saturday Standoff

KENOSHA, WI—A Kenosha man is in custody after a Saturday standoff with authorities.  The incident happened in the 41-hundred block of 30th Avenue.

Police responded to the area shortly before noon because of a hang up 911 call. An adult male was barricaded inside a home, apparently armed with a crowbar. He allegedly made threats against the officers.

Two others were in the house. They were released by the suspect. By 4 PM officers stormed the home and took the unnamed man into custody.

No charges have yet been announced.
