Snow and Cold Play Mean Halloween Trick

KENOSHA, WI—A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the WLIP listening area until 3 PM Thursday.
Snow fell overnight with some accumulation, making for possible slippery conditions on roads and sidewalks.
As much 3-4 inches could fall in the lakefront communities with larger totals to the west.
Temps will bottom out by falling to the mid-20’s tonight.
