St Joseph; Westosha Central Prepare for 2nd Round Playoff Match-ups

Kenosha, WI (WLIP)–The No 2 seed St. Joseph Catholic Academy Lancers football team look to keep their unbeaten season going this Friday night as they host No 3 Lancaster at Ameche Field on Friday.

The Flying Arrows of Lancaster advanced out of level one of the playoffs with a 16-8 victory over Cambridge on Friday.

Lancers running back Jayden Gordon is just 8 yards shy of 2,000 mark for the season after a 236 yard rushing performance in the Lancers’ 42-13 victory over Cuba City Friday night.

WLIP will have this Friday’s playoff matchup between St Joe’s and Lancaster.

Coverage begins at 6:45 PM; Kickoff is set for 7 PM.

The Westosha Central Falcons football team looks to keep the positive momentum going after their 53-29 victory over Greenfield last week.

The number five Falcons have another tough road matchup at number one Kettle Moraine this week.
