Students Participate in Orchestra Fest

Over 1,400 Kenosha Unified students performed in the district’s annual Orchestra Fest this weekend. Kirt Mosier, a retired high school conductor from Lee’s Summit West in Missouri, was the guest conductor. The students represented virtually all of KUSD’s schools and while they did some pieces as a massive group there smaller groups and ensembles throughout the program. Orchestra Fest wraps up the major collaboration performances that the district does annually, which also includes Band O’Rama and Choral Fest.
