Tests on New Waste Collection System Smooth So Far

KENOSHA, WI (WLIP)–Kenosha’s new waste and recycling collection system is through its first two test weeks….and so far so good.
That’s according to city waste collection manager Kier Powell who told WLIP’s Happenings Q and A that the tests have been smooth.
The new carts are still being delivered to households across the city…the system is set to go live next month.
