Three in Custody For Retail Theft

KENOSHA, WI–Three people are in custody after they allegedly stole over one thousand dollars worth of goods from Premium Outlets.

The arrests were made a week ago while charges were officially filed this week. A 49 year old woman as well as a 35 year old woman and her 18 year old son, are charged with felony theft among other charges after they reportedly took sunglasses worth around 12 hundred dollars as well as clothing, makeup, party supplies and hygiene products.

The 18 year old also faces bail jumping charges; his mother is charged with obstruction for allegedly giving a false name for her son.
