Three Waukegan Casino Proposals Forwarded to the Illinois Gaming Board

(Waukegan, IL) The Waukegan City Council has forwarded three casino proposals to be further looked at by the Illinois Gaming Board.
The board approved forwarding plans from Rivers Casino, Full House Resorts and North Point Casino…leaving just Potawatomi as the odd man out.
The Potawatomi proposal was ranked last in a study by an independent consultant. The Illinois Gaming Board will now further vet and study the three remaining proposals.
It’s unclear when they will make any further decisions.
