KENOSHA, WI (WLIP)–Vaccine shipping delays have caused the cancellation of today’s Kenosha County Vaccine Clinic. County officials say they will contact anyone who has an appointment to reschedule. The delays are thought to be caused by the winter weather and other factors.

Officials say that all delayed shipments should be delivered by the middle of the week. Nearly 14 percent of Kenosha County residents have received at least one dose of the vaccine so far-or more than 23-thousand people. Most are still waiting for the second dose.

The county needs to reach at least 75 percent for herd immunity.
