Winter Weather Advisory for Kenosha; Racine Counties Tonight
February 11, 2019 9:33AM CST
KENOSHA, WI–The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for the Kenosha and Racine areas beginning at 9 PM Monday, 2/11/19 until 12 AM Wednesday 2/13/19.
While total accumulation predictions vary, as of Monday morning it looks as though Kenosha will receive anywhere from 2-4 inches of snow, with higher amounts to the north.
The freezing temperature line will again play a crucial role in the snow totals. If Kenosha and Racine stay on the warm side of the storm, totals will be less as more of the precipitation will fall as freezing rain.
WLIP will have weather updates twice an hour and when severe weather strikes.
