KENOSHA, WI (WLIP)–The Kenosha County family who pleaded guilty to running an illegal THC vape distribution ring has avoided any further jail time.

Brothers Jacob and Tyler Huffhines and their mother Courtney all took plea deals in exchanges for probation and thousands of dollars in fines.

Jacob Huffnines was given credit for time served plus $10,000 in fines and two years probation.

Tyler Huffhines must serve three years probation but was not fined.
