RACINE WI–Two of Racine County’s main elected officials will run unopposed this spring. Racine County Executive Jonathan Delagrave and Racine Mayor Cory Mason will not have an opponent in April.

Wednesday’s deadline came and went with no other candidates registering to run against them. Mason came into office after winning a special election in 2017, and a win this April would earn him his own four year term. Delagrave was elected in 2015 and looking for a four year second term.

Under both administrations, the area has undergone major change, no the least of which is the Foxconn development in Mt Pleasant.
