One Arrest; Three Guns Recovered After Shooting at Kenosha Gas Station

Kenosha, WI (WLIP)–One person was injured after a shooting at a Kenosha gas station.

It happened around 6:30 PM Wednesday at the business in the 500 block of 60th Street in the city.

According to Kenosha Police a group of individuals were fighting in the store when a single gunshot was fired.

One person suffered non-life threatening injuries but required treatment by first responders.

Investigators quickly focused on a Jeep that fled the scene after the shooting.

It was found a few blocks away and the people inside-all aged between 25 to 29 years old-were detained.

A loaded firearm was found in the vehicle.

Then investigators were led to a house in the 5800 block of 50th Avenue.

There they discovered two more firearms that were confiscated.

One person was arrested as well.

No other injuries were reported.
