Man Arrested For Assaults in Broad Daylight

KENOSHAN, WI–A North Chicago man is charged with sexual assault in Kenosha County for a pair of incidents that happened Sunday. 24 year old Quincy Butler allegedly assaulted two women. The first happened outside the shopping center on Green Bay Road just north of Highway 50 around 9:45 AM.
The victim told police that as she was leaving a store, Butler allegedly approached her, pulled her out of her vehicle, dropped his pants and began to assault her. After witnesses came to her aid the suspect fled. An hour later, a second assault happened at a gas station on Highway 50 near the interstate. A 54 year old woman was assaulted while her grandchildren were nearby. Butler was arrested a short time later.
He’s due in court next week.
